Parents:

It’s time to sign up for volunteer positions for the upcoming swim meet season. A few things to remember: (1) if you have a swimmer participating in a swim meet, you must fulfill a volunteer shift. Please plan babysitters, work schedules, etc. accordingly. If you don’t have a swimmer participating in a particular meet (sick, out of town), no need to sign up for a volunteer shift. (2) For the parents who only have 6u swimmers participating in the meet, we HIGHLY recommend that you sign up for a first half shift. Usually, 6u swimmers are finished earlier than the older swimmers. (3) When signing up, there should be a brief description of the volunteer shift. Please note that there are a few shifts that require training (stroke judge).  (4)  Please make sure and sign up for the Mock Meet as well on May 30th.

Select the green “JOB SIGNUP” button for the upcoming meet.

Here you should be able to view your volunteer assignment. If you are not signed up for a volunteer assignment:

Select the green “SIGN-UP FOR JOBS” button

Select an available volunteer assignment

Select the green “SAVE ASSIGNMENTS” button

Your updated volunteer assignment should then appear under your name.
