Meet of Champs (July 6th) operates slightly differently than a normal meet. The purpose for the Meet of Champs is to (1) give your swimmers one last time to swim, (2) qualify for the All-Star meet on July 10^th, and (3) determine a divisional champion. For declaring your swimmer, you must elect the races in which you’d like your swimmer to participate. So long as they have a valid time, your swimmer can compete in as many individual races as he/she would like. Relay races will be determined by the coaches. Each team is allowed two relay teams per race.

Select “ATTENDING THIS MEET” or “NOT ATENDING THIS MEET”

SELECT all the eligible races in which you’d like your swimmer to participate. If your swimmer is marked “NOT ELIGIBLE”, this means that he/she does not have a valid time for that particular event or your swimmer has not competed in two swim meets.

VOLUNTEERING: Parents are required to fulfill a volunteer shift for each swim meet in which you have swimmers participating. The volunteer assignments are a little different, so please read the descriptions for additional information.  Please be mindful of younger swimmers and their families when electing your volunteer shift.  Some swimmers are finished after event #19, and it would be best to reserve the first half shifts for these families.
