Below is information from the hosting team, First Colony Gold, regarding logistics for Monday's meet.  We are asking that swimmers arrive no later than 4pm to get situated, marked, and ready for warm-ups. Thanks!

We want to welcome your team to the First Colony Gold Pool. The parking lot next to the tennis courts are first come first serve parking and there are two spaces reserved for the tennis coach and student. The Settlers Way Elementary across the street had ample amounts of parking, Additional parking is on Greenfields in front of the elementary or on the back side of the tennis courts. There is no parking on Settlers Way Blvd, the circle drive in front of the clubhouse and the neighborhood streets. Signs will be posted where not to park

The grassy area outside the pool area is where your team will setup your tents. We will provide several trash cans in this area for clean up.

Warmups start @ 4:00 Home and 4:30 away

We will have concessions, pizza, drinks, snacks and Kona Ice. Cash only.

In the event that lightning or thunder heard (10 miles via weatherbug sparks app) is a factor in our event, we will clear the deck and set a timer for 30 minutes. Coaches and meet directors will meet for discussions for when we can continue the meet with safety as our main concern.

In the event of a cancelled meet before the halfway mark the earliest we can reschedule is on Wednesday, June 6 at normal start time at our pool.
